About the Role

Meridian Motors North America is hiring an Automotive Engineer to support vehicle systems, diagnostics, and field engineering across its NYC-area dealer network. The role sits within the regional engineering group and works closely with service, parts, and quality teams to resolve technical issues, improve repair processes, and support new model launches. This is a hands-on position that involves investigating recurring service and warranty issues, identifying root causes, and recommending corrective actions. The engineer will provide technical support to dealership technicians on diagnostics, drivetrain systems, and repair procedures, and will review warranty claims and field reports to identify patterns and reduce repeat repairs. Additional responsibilities include supporting new model service readiness by updating repair documentation and training materials, and coordinating with quality and parts teams on service campaigns and technical bulletins. The role requires regular travel to dealerships and service centers within a 60-mile radius of New York City.
