01 / How it works

How AutoHire works, for both sides of the hire.

Follow one hire from start to finish: what the candidate does on the left, what the employer sees on the right.

  1. Profile & job. Candidates: Answer 11 quick questions: role, experience, brands, certifications, pay target and location. About ten minutes. Employers: Upload a job description and AI fills the form for you, or write it yourself. Your first 5 posts are free.
  2. Discover. Candidates: Search by job title and location, then filter by pay and job type. Employers: Filter candidates by brand, certification, experience, location and pay. Turn on Verified only to see verified people.
  3. Connect. Candidates: Apply in one tap, or send a Spark to signal interest. When an employer messages you, reply right in the app. Employers: Applications and Sparks land in your pipeline. Shortlist, then message candidates directly. You start the conversation.
  4. Interview & hire. Candidates: See your real status at every stage. No black holes. Employers: Schedule interviews with a Google Meet link, then move candidates from New to Hired.

04 / FAQ

Questions before you join.

What it costs, how Sparks and messaging work, and who can see your profile.

  • Yes. You can search jobs, apply, build your resume, and track applications for free. Premium ($15/month or $125/year) adds unlimited Sparks, the ability to reply to employer messages, and priority visibility in employer search results.

  • About 10 minutes. The candidate onboarding has 11 quick steps covering your target role, years of experience, brands you have worked on, certifications, pay target, preferred location, availability, and more.

  • A Spark is a lightweight interest signal — like a wave or a poke. Candidates can Spark a job to show interest without submitting a full application. Employers can Spark candidates to invite them to apply. It is softer than a formal application but stronger than just browsing.

  • Employers start conversations by messaging a candidate. Candidates cannot start a chat. Free accounts can read messages from employers, and Premium lets you reply. To show interest in a job, apply or send a Spark.

  • Yes. Go to Settings, then Blocked Companies. Any company you block cannot view your profile or contact you through AutoHire. They will not know you are on the platform.

  • New employer accounts receive 5 free job postings. No credit card required. Once you have used your free posts, you can choose a subscription plan or pay per posting.

  • From your employer dashboard, go to Requisitions and click Create New. Fill in the role details, requirements, salary range, schedule, and benefits. You can publish immediately or save as a draft.

  • Yes. Add team members from your company settings. Each member can manage requisitions, review applicants, schedule interviews, and collaborate on hiring decisions. Roles include Admin, Manager, and Super Admin.

  • Yes. Cancel anytime from your billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.
