Parse and structure information, generate editable drafts, explain recommendations, and improve relevance and usability.

Comply with law, protect rights and safety, resolve disputes, preserve records, and support corporate transactions.
5. AI Processing
AutoHire may use commercial AI services to parse Employer-provided job descriptions into AutoHire's structured format. AutoHire configures applicable AI services under commercial terms and safeguards addressing permitted use, security, retention, and model-training restrictions.
AutoHire may use AI-assisted resume parsing and Candidate recommendation functions as described in the AI Disclosure. AutoHire does not send optional Candidate photographs to AI systems for matching, ranking, parsing, or sensitive-trait inference.
6. When We Disclose Information
Candidates and Employers, according to applications, invitations, Spark interactions, role permissions, profile settings, and business blocks.
Service providers processing information for hosting, AI, authentication, email/SMS/push, payments, support, security, analytics, and related operations under contractual restrictions.
Advertising and measurement partners if corresponding technologies are enabled and consent or opt-out rights have been addressed.
Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and financing sources under confidentiality obligations.
Government authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or respond to legal process.
A buyer, successor, lender, or transaction participant in a merger, acquisition, financing, bankruptcy, reorganization, or sale of all or part of AutoHire, subject to applicable law, existing privacy commitments, and notice before materially inconsistent new uses.
AutoHire does not sell personal information for money. Certain analytics or advertising disclosures may be treated as a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising under some state laws even when no money changes hands. AutoHire will provide required notices and opt-out controls before enabling those practices.
7. Candidate Profile Visibility and Blocking
Candidates control profile visibility and may block one or more business profiles that exist in AutoHire when the block is selected. A selected business-level block applies to that organization and its associated employer users and excludes the Candidate from that business's search, recommendations, and direct-profile access. A block does not automatically apply to a business profile created after the block is selected, even when the Candidate intended to avoid that business or an affiliated entity. Candidates are responsible for periodically searching AutoHire and adding newly available business profiles they wish to block. AutoHire cannot guarantee that every business, affiliate, or later-created profile will be identified or blocked. The business is not told it was specifically blocked.
A block does not retroactively retrieve information already included in an application, shared through Spark, exported lawfully by an authorized recipient, or retained for legal and security purposes. Candidates should withdraw an application or contact support when they want additional action concerning previously shared information.
8. Cookies, SDKs, and Advertising
AutoHire may use technologies from Google, Meta (including Facebook and Instagram), and LinkedIn for analytics, advertising, security, and measurement. Nonessential technologies are controlled through appropriate consent and preference mechanisms where required. See the Cookie Policy.
9. Communications
AutoHire uses email, in-app notices, push notifications, and SMS for service and optional promotional purposes. At launch, SMS may support MFA, new applications, and Requisition-live notices. Later uses may include Spark alerts, job-interest notices, and interview-scheduling events. Marketing choices do not prevent essential service, security, legal, or transactional communications.

Opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising where applicable, including through recognized browser-based opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control when legally required.
Request information about categories collected, purposes, sources, recipients, and retention, where state law provides that right.
Appeal a denied privacy request by replying to the decision. AutoHire will not unlawfully discriminate for exercising privacy rights.
Submit requests to service@autohire.com. AutoHire may verify identity and authority, may use an authorized-agent process, and will respond within the period required by applicable law. Some information may be exempt or may need to be retained.
12. State-Specific Notice
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights, subject to statutory thresholds, exceptions, and effective dates. AutoHire may voluntarily honor a consistent set of access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out, and appeal rights even when a particular statute does not apply.
For California residents, Section 2 covers identifiers; customer records; commercial, internet/network, professional/employment, geolocation, inference, and communications information; and potentially sensitive information if voluntarily supplied. AutoHire does not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics. Categories treated as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising depend on the technologies enabled, and AutoHire provides notices and opt-out controls as required by applicable law.
13. Security
AutoHire uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed for the nature of the information, including role-based access, least privilege, authentication controls, encryption in transit and where appropriate at rest, logging, secure development, vendor review, and incident response. No system is perfectly secure, and AutoHire cannot guarantee absolute security.
14. Children
AutoHire is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact support if you believe a minor supplied information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
15. U.S. Operation and Transfers
AutoHire launches in the United States. Service providers may process information in other locations under contractual and legal safeguards.
16. Changes and Contact
We will update this Policy when practices change and provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes where required. The posted last-updated date identifies the current version.
