AI Disclosure

Our Position
|
Core principle: AI augments human judgment. It does not make final employment decisions for Candidates or Employers. |
AutoHire uses or plans to use artificial intelligence, machine learning, rules, and automated processing to organize information and help people discover relevant automotive career opportunities. AI is a mechanism for better understanding and workflow—not a substitute for people, context, or accountable decisions.

What AI Does Not Do
AutoHire does not make final hiring, rejection, compensation, promotion, termination, or other employment decisions.
AutoHire does not guarantee that a recommendation is complete, accurate, unbiased, suitable, or predictive of success.
Optional Candidate photographs are excluded from matching, ranking, resume parsing, and AI analysis.
AutoHire does not use photographs or profile information to infer protected or sensitive traits.
AutoHire does not conduct background checks or independently verify every credential, claim, or Employer statement.
Information Used
Depending on the feature, AI may process Candidate-supplied profile fields, resumes, preferences, searches, applications, opportunity data, Employer job descriptions, automotive taxonomy information, prompts, and user feedback. AutoHire seeks to minimize information sent to a provider and to avoid unrelated sensitive data.
AI Service Providers and Data Practices
AutoHire may use commercial AI service providers to support functions described in this Disclosure, including structuring Employer-provided job descriptions. AutoHire seeks contractual and technical safeguards addressing permitted use, security, retention, model-training restrictions, and deletion, and reviews agreements, configurations, and data flows when material practices change.
AutoHire may use commercial providers for resume parsing, recommendations, and other AI-assisted features. AutoHire will update this Disclosure when a material AI purpose or data practice changes and may identify specific providers in a separate subprocessor or service-provider list when legally or contractually appropriate.
Accuracy, Bias, and Accessibility
Users should verify AI-generated or AI-assisted content before relying on it.
AutoHire will evaluate recommendations and workflows for relevance, errors, accessibility barriers, and potential discriminatory impact appropriate to the feature and risk.
Employers remain responsible for job-related criteria, reasonable accommodations, nondiscrimination, notices, bias audits, and human review required by applicable law.
AutoHire may restrict a feature by location or use case if legal requirements or validation are not complete.
AutoHire will not claim that an AI system is unbiased, error-free, or fully compliant without evidence supporting the claim.
Explanations, Corrections, and Human Review
Where practical, AutoHire will explain material factors contributing to a recommendation. Users may correct relevant profile or Requisition information, dismiss a recommendation, report a problem, or request human review through service@autohire.com.
AutoHire aims to acknowledge ordinary requests within two business days and resolve them within ten business days. An employment decision controlled by an Employer must be challenged with that Employer, although AutoHire will address errors in its own systems and cooperate as appropriate.
User Responsibilities
Candidates should review prepopulated profile data and drafts before saving, sharing, or applying.
Employers should review full Candidate and Requisition information and must not use AI output as the sole or determinative factor in an employment decision.
Users must not use AutoHire AI to discriminate, infer sensitive traits, impersonate others, generate deceptive content, or make unlawful decisions.
