About the Role

DrivePoint Auto Group is seeking a Master ASE Technician to join our busy service department in Dallas, TX. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of domestic and import vehicles to the highest standard. This is a full-time, on-site position working Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with optional Saturday shifts. Compensation Salary range: $75,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience and certifications, plus performance bonuses. Responsibilities n Perform advanced diagnostics on engine, transmission, electrical, and HVAC systems n Carry out repairs and preventive maintenance to manufacturer specifications n Road-test vehicles to confirm repairs and identify further issues n Mentor junior technicians and support the shop foreman n Keep accurate records of work performed in the shop management system Minimum Requirements n 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician n Master ASE certification (A1 through A8) n Valid Texas driver's license with a clean record n Own set of hand tools n Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Preferred Qualifications n ASE Master Medium/Heavy Truck certification n Experience with hybrid and EV drivetrains n Manufacturer-specific training (Toyota, Ford, or GM) Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) with 4% company match.
